What does that mean? Who better to explain to you the world of Merchandising than Sabrina Yu - ivivva’s amazing Merchandise Associate!
Sabrina holds an extremely important role on the ivivva team: each season she decides which awesome new ivivva gear we should have in the stores!
We asked Sabrina what she loves about the most about her job:
“…My favourite part of my job is hearing the feedback from the ivivva girls and looking for opportunities to bring even better clothing to them in the future. In a strange way it’s like being able to create the future.
…It’s a perfect mixture of everything. I get to work with technical-fashion, online story-telling through social media and blogs, and creating financial sales plans to build our business.”
Right now Sabrina is picking the new colours and styles to come out next Spring! 
If this is a career that you would love, here are some things that Sabrina did to be excellent at her job:
“I’ve been working in retail since I was 15! I’ve worked in large retailers, boutiques, and department stores where I was given a ton of exposure to working with apparel, visual merchandising, and daily sales.
I’m super passionate about making connections between fashion and numbers. I have spent a lot of time analyzing numbers to see how certain styles affect our business.
I’m also super passionate about product. I care deeply about providing high quality, highly functional gear to our ivivva girls. I’m uber picky so that only the best makes it to the shelves. Even down to the buttons – all of the little details count!”

Please make a store in Santa Barbara. There is a Lululemon store with an empty spot that you guys should tun into a Ivivva store. Please make one in the Paseo Nuevo shopping center or anywhere in Santa Barbara!!!

I think there should be an ivivva app, a store in Toronto, and shoes such as ballet shoes, jazz shoes, running shoes, and tap shoes, and others that active girls need. Maybe for skaters you could make skates! Thanks, I love ivivva!!
i would love to have ur job i actually brought in a design once to ivivva!! and just wanted to say please put a store in lethbridge alberta!! if u had a store there it would be crazy busy they used to have a lulu there but only 4 a few months even if u did that with ivivva i would be so happy!!

whoops sorry i didnt mean to hit the submit button. i abslotley love ivivva but there is one thing i dislike………. they should make shoes like maya said like running shoes…. you could partner up with maybe another company like nike and make ivivva running shoes or something like that
